Location Location Location

It's official! D have just gave his landlord his two months notice for his current flat. No turning back now! We're moving in together!

We've been talking about it for a while but nothing was definite until now. D gave his notice, which means I've to give mine in a months time.

We both live in our own one bedroom flat, and both agreed that we should look for a bigger place to move into. And it's only fair that we're both moving into neutral ground instead of just one moving into other's flat. Brief from me is that it has to be near an underground station and with loads of storage space (a walk in wardrobe and shoe cabinet will be a dream find!:-), for him he has to be able to still walk to work and into Soho (he currently lives above the Paul Smith shop on Floral Street in Covent Garden). 

The search begins but I'm confident that we will find some where decent with both our budget. Will rent for the next 12 months and hopefully at the end of the term, we will be in a better market and position to get on the property ladder. Well that's the plan anyway.

It's second time round for me but definitely more well thought, more grown up, more assuring and it feels right and the most natural thing to do this time. More importantly, D want this as much as I do.
