Living Etc

It just happened. Just came up. Not contrived but more like just a matter of fact... We talked about living arrangements this weekend.

We talked about our interior style, we talked about our favorite locations, we talked about our property plans, we talked about all these before but never spoke about living together.

D is in a position to decide whether to continue his current lease while he's selling his Brighton pad and buy somewhere in London. I am in a position to decide if I should flat share again, save a bit of money while I try to get on the property ladder in quarter 3 this year.

To rent together now and buy later? Or maintain our current living conditions and buy together later? Maybe a trial living together period is essential before buying something in the future? Questions we asked ourselves.

This second time round coming is so much sweeter and lovelier but scarier too. Especially now I am more aware of everything, more aware of what's there to lose. Its definitely more grown up and more sensible but also a greater risk at stake. Purely because I understand of the seriousness and the price to pay if things do go wrong.

So do one dig a hole now and bury one's head in? Or take this by the balls and go for it? Only time can tell... but one thing is for sure... D want this as much as I do.
